NDAR Energies – Saint-Louis Power Plant

Project Information

A 250 MW combined-cycle gas power plant and associated gas pipeline in Saint-Louis, Senegal, developed by NDAR Energies S.A. with support from Afreximbank. In 2024, Afreximbank and NDAR Energies S.A. signed a project development agreement to structure, finance, and develop the plant. The WADI team contributed to the development of this project.
